I saw Dr. Kevin Liu today. I thought, at best, the diagnostics would be uncomfortable, but they were not. The entire staff was courteous, caring and professional. If you need nerve testing I would highly recommend these folks. A+
Customer Service was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I expect excellent service and the ladies at the office didn't give that!!! I just wished my referral was given to a staff with more respect.
Had a nerve test done waiting on results
This practice turned what I thought would be a scary experience into a smooth one! The staff here communicated very thoroughly and they were VERY kind and personable. Dr. Bingham was AMAZING. Such a kind man and very caring. He didn’t rush me through the process but he went out of his way to help me find a solution. I recommend this practice 1000x over!
Dr. Bingham and his entire staff were tremendous from the moment I walked in the door. They were friendly, knowledgeable, put me at ease, explained in detail what they were doing and why, and were very patient with all of my questions. I did not in any way feel rushed and felt as though as I was their only patient. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Bingham!
