I would give 0 stars. They expect you to pay $600 up front for 2 EMG tests. They do not offer any kind of payment plan! So, I called Vanderbilt Hospital and they said no problem! They already got me scheduled. Sad that healthcare only cares about lining their pockets with cash instead of caring about the health and well-being of their patients! Needless to say, this plat won't be getting my business and if I can help it, by this review, no one else will go to them either!

Got in quick and got out. The staff were professional and helpful
I saw Dr. Kevin Liu today. I thought, at best, the diagnostics would be uncomfortable, but they were not. The entire staff was courteous, caring and professional. If you need nerve testing I would highly recommend these folks. A+
Customer Service was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I expect excellent service and the ladies at the office didn't give that!!! I just wished my referral was given to a staff with more respect.
