I haven’t had issues with this clinic in the past but recently they’ve changed their OB policy to no longer having one OB but instead rotating through all of them. I showed up to my appointment a few minutes early and still waited for about 15 minutes to be seen. My nurses were lovely but the doctor wasn’t so kind. I have never left a doctors appointment crying from pain and will probably no longer use Blackfoot’s clinic for my pregnancy or any further pregnancies.
The front desk lady Kitty is absolutely horrible to deal with. If you can avoid her at all costs everything else is fine. She is rude, condescending and doesn't listen. My first appointment I asked a few questions and she seemed like she couldn't be bothered and didnt want to be there. Plus she was not nice to the other ladies.

Dr Pugmire is absolutely wonderful as a doctor and some of her nurses Melody Vanessa, and Carina are just so compassionate and sweet. I am giving a 1 star review for the front desk staff specifically Kitty. I've been going to Doctor Pugmire for 3 years and when I call (after being told by Dr to call) or if I'm there for a visit in person she is absolutely unpleasant to be helped by and lacks basic customer service skills.
