I had an extremely unprofessional experience with Dr. Lane Childs while being seen for recurrent UTIs. From the start, he focused almost entirely on my weight and did not meaningfully review my medical history or reason for referral. In front of my husband, he repeatedly stated there was nothing he could do because of my weight, referred to me as “obese” multiple times, and told me I would “never win” my battle with weight.
