This doctor ruined so many lives by prescribing addicting anxiety medications at high doses to people who don't need it. Even though this man has since passed away, his legacy of ruining the minds of so many people including loved ones I know will never die. May God bestow his justice upon you. Forgiveness is so difficult but I hope one day I find it in my heart to forgive you. Because now I can't.
This Doctor is very knowable in substance abuse and he is very caring
My family doctor since I was a kid! Rest in peace to Dr. Ali Fadel. He was one of the greatest, most generous, and lovable guys I know. A true hero in Dearborn. This office, even after his passing is still running strong with a caring staff who tries its best to get its patients in and out quickly while still giving great service. Dr. Ayad and Dr. Nasser are awesome.
