Pleasant knowledgeable staff.
My mother had her will done with Bingham Law. She recently passed away, and her estate has to go through probate court. I called the office twice asking if someone they could help. They said they would call me back in 48 business hours ( in 20+ years in client service, have never heard it said like this). First call, got no call back….second call a week later got no call back….called a third time to be told if I don’t get a call back within 48 business hours it means nobody is available to help.
