Almost impossible to get call backs. Installed units at way below competitors prices. Now they have faulty parts and he cant seems to get the warrenty work completed. Been kicking can down the road for months coming out and charging up the freon for free every month or so. Finally got a call back after left a voicemail issuing ultimatum of get it fixed or Im getting someone else to do it. He called back and accused me of making threats. I would give this guy a 0 if I could ! He installed a new unit in my home and didn't even hook up the air vent under the house ,causing air to whip around inside sucking the air under my home into my house. I was sick all the time and didn't know why.. I lived with this for 1 year before I got someone else to fix it ! Bingham Heat and Air is not qualified,In my opinion to be in business > Update, my a/c units warranty is void because it was installed incorrectly, cost me 1500 to repair!
