I have a amazing Doctor with Bingham Healthcare in Idaho falls area.
My review was taken down. Office and nurse staff are I spoke with were absolutely nasty. Will never return or recommend. Completely disrespectful.
Please don’t go here. The doctors here repeatedly talked down to my husband. The nurses are unorganized if you ask them send medical information to any third party. It took us 2 months to get the doctor to sign an release medical forms. This is worst care my husband has ever received.
I have never experienced a more efficient healthcare office. There was essentially no wait time. I was in and out in under an hour for a full physical with blood and pee tests. I was a little disappointed with how far out I had to book, but ease of everything when there made up for it.
I would give zero stars if I could. Bingham refuses to give me and others, our medical records. I have requested online and called several times and always get the run around. They don’t want you to go anywhere else and make it impossible to get your records so that you can! Maybe it’s time for me to get a lawyer involved.
