Horrible customer service. I have been in there several times and the people working there generally treat you with indifference, like you aren't part of their cycling club so you aren't worth their time. Just the other day I got there just as they were closing with two bikes I wanted them to work on and the person closing literally looked at me with my bikes, locked up and then walked away. I have had good experiences with the Sandy store, though. I would recommend going there, it may be further, but worth the extra drive.
