Dropped a car off on Sunday evening for Monday scheduled work. I called twice through the week and it wasn't touched. Called Friday which was the last day I had before I needed the car and it still wasn't done. Two things needed done. I fell like I twisted his arm to complete one of the jobs. Come to find out two days later that it's still not fixed. When I picked up the car on Friday he said that he was working on his wife's vehicle. I waisted a whole week with this joke.
