Ken and his team were really great! Install for our AC was done on schedule. They treated our house with care and caution while doing their work. We would definitely recommend to anyone needing help with HVAC. Thanks Ken and fellas!!
Bing Refrigeration and HVAC came over today and Ken and Jiawei came over and serviced our A/C and we are very happy with the service they provided.
Bing HVAC installed our furnace, air conditioner, HRV, and water heater. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. Whenever we had questions or needed support, they responded quickly and were always willing to come by and help solve the issue. Their after-sales service is excellent, and you can truly trust their workmanship and customer care. Highly recommended!
Have used Bing for a few years now. Always fair prices and they always go above and beyond. Today was a small wiring issue but they stayed and made sure the AC unit was fully cleaned with adequate airflow. Prices always fairly reflect their work. Would not use another HVAC company moving forward.
Fast diagnosis and transparent service The service for our furnace control board replacement was excellent. Donald arrived on time, run diagnostics and identified faulty circuitry on the board following series of test, and had the replacement part available in an hour. They were very transparent about the part cost versus labor and ensured the new board was compatible with our specific model.
