I have a Lennox and Bing is a premier partner which helped in the decision to choose them. The guys diagnosed the issue, sourced the parts, and made the repair. Bing HVAC & REFRIGERATION did an excellent job installing 2 air conditioning units for my folks. The units are super quiet and their team were able to efficiently retrofit in the units. All my parents concerns were addressed before the install. Bing HVAC & REFRIGERATION's handiwork was very well done. All pex connections, runs and venting were very well thought out.
We were happy with the installation of a hot water tank from Bing HVAC a few years ago so when we needed a new furnace this year, we called them again. Ken and his team were very professional and efficient. They arrived on time and were very coordinated among themselves. The workers laid out cloth sheets along the area in the house leading to the furnace to keep our carpet clean. We are very happy with their service and would use them again.
