I had a great experience with this company for my furnace replacement. The team was incredibly professional, arriving on time and working diligently throughout the day. They were careful to keep my home clean and tidy during the installation process. The entire job was completed in one day – they arrived at 9 am and by 8 pm, the new furnace was fully operational. I was also very pleased with the reasonable pricing and the high quality of their workmanship. I highly recommend them for any furnace needs!"
When Ken originally started he was very professional and reliable and went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, now that his business is grown, service quality isn't what it used to be. I recently reached out to him for a quote and he confirmed he's available for the job. First appointment and he never showed up. Then I called to reschedule and again he confirmed the appointment and again never showed. 3 appointments were made in total, 3 no shows and no notice of cancelations. I gave Ken a call at Bing hvac as my hot water tank was leaking, 24 hours later I have a brand new hot water tank installed. The 2 men that were here did a very good job and left no mess behind. Definitely recommend.
Excellent service, 2 other copies charged me for just showing up for a commend 350$ while Kim promise dif he couldn't fix it there would be no charge!
