I am utterly and completely disappointed in my experience at this hair salon. They do not understand instructions and it's like they are trying to make me look bad. This deserves negative stars. I originally had very nice hair but they cut it all off and left a disgusting horrid looking bowl cut. In the name of father the son and the holy spirit, amen.
Bad customer service. When severing customers, whoever walked in first should be served first. It should not be based on barber’s preference or regular customers. Even then the haircut is passable.
The gentleman who cut my toddler's hair was really nice! My son didn't cry at all!
