Excellent customer service. I know nothing about fences and they were so helpful and understanding. Definitely would recommend
I've been attempting to contact this company for several days without success. Whenever I call their Oklahoma City location, they do answer and forward my call to Denton, but then there's no response. Even reaching out to their corporate office yields no answer. While I recognize that the fencing industry is bustling, it's frustrating that Binford seems indifferent, especially when other fence companies manage to remain accessible.
