Been looking to upgrade our Brenham house with a front cedar fence. My lumber guy sent me here and told me they had affordable, high quality, made in the USA fencing. When I pulled in, the loader guy took me on a tour, he too was very proud of his company and their products. He showed me quite a few wrought iron fencing and red or white cedar options. Very friendly service
Every time i call a lady in the office pics up and tells me "is this the only thing you need because I'm super busy and have a lot of customers to deal with." like I'm not a customer?? That's not how you treat a buyer and I've bought from here multiple times, I've called here multiple times and every time she says the same thing. I only recommend if you are in a bind and need something quick, otherwise you will have to put up with attitude from a lady that you don't really need it from. Fix your customer service!
Mayra is a total badass. She always takes great care of us no matter how big the order. She is sharp, with it, professional and also friendly. We have had a great experience at Binford so far! Julio takes care of us sometimes, too. He is awesome as well. Love the team, love the warehouse workers who help us with our load, love the place as a whole. Thanks, you guys!
