Bought pickets on the April 8th and didn’t use them so returned them next day I’ve been waiting for a refund and still haven’t received my money now they said I have to wait for corporate again to receive a check or that I have store credit almost a $700 return

I think the office people here absolutely hate their jobs. I thought it was just that I showed up too late the day before. But when I went back the next morning, it was the same environment. I believe it was Victor in the office, did the basic minimum and barely even talked. It was a joke and incontinence to the team when I came back into the office while waiting to ask questions about the missing part on my bill. I had a really disappointing experience with Binford Supply. I reached out multiple times by email for quotes and never got a response. When I followed up, they were extremely rude and dismissive—like I was bothering them. It’s clear they have no interest in working with or supporting new small businesses. The lack of professionalism and respect was honestly shocking. I won’t be doing business with them again.

Had a great experience with Binford Supply. The staff was helpful and professional, and they had what I needed without hassle. Josh, the office manager, made sure things ran smoothly, and Jim, the sales rep, was knowledgeable and efficient. As a growing business, it’s great to work with a supplier that takes care of their customers. Looking forward to doing more business with them.
