I had a really disappointing experience with Binford Supply. I reached out multiple times by email for quotes and never got a response. When I followed up, they were extremely rude and dismissive—like I was bothering them. It’s clear they have no interest in working with or supporting new small businesses. The lack of professionalism and respect was honestly shocking. I won’t be doing business with them again.
Had a great experience with Binford Supply. The staff was helpful and professional, and they had what I needed without hassle. Josh, the office manager, made sure things ran smoothly, and Jim, the sales rep, was knowledgeable and efficient. As a growing business, it’s great to work with a supplier that takes care of their customers. Looking forward to doing more business with them.
