Doctor Bindu is polite and helpful when speaking with her patients, and I appreciate her professionalism and care. One improvement I’d like to suggest is having a system for video visits that notifies patients if there will be a significant delay. On two occasions, I waited for over an hour, the first one took almost 2 hours, and the most recent visit took over an hour. Dr. Mathew is an outstanding physician and a wonderful human being. Her clinical skills are exceptional and her care and compassion are unmatched. I would recommend Dr. Mathew to anyone in need of a physician.
I did a virtual appointment she was on time and listened to what I had to say- only problem she wanted an in person and her staff changed it to virtual
I found the staff to be helpful, warm and thoughtful. Dr. Mathew is comprehensive in her exam and analysis of the information she has. She makes you feel as if your well being is very important to her.
Dr. Mathew is very knowledgeable doctor, and I am so happy to have her as my primary physician. She is listening to your concerns, answering your questions, and she is always there for you. When you are with Dr. Mathew, you are in very good hands
