Dr. Bindu was fine, although we noticed that our appointments often felt rushed. The nurses were consistently polite, professional, and caring. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff was disappointing during our appointments. The young female staff seated on the left was consistently rude, sarcastic and unhelpful. Great primary care, saw Dr. Matthew for the first time for an immediate appointment and she gave me her time. I mean explained everything throughly and even after my appointment the next day she gave me time and explained results like I have never heard done. She is a Diamond the stars don’t shine bright enough!!!! Thank you Dr. Matthew
Doctor Bindu is polite and helpful when speaking with her patients, and I appreciate her professionalism and care. One improvement I’d like to suggest is having a system for video visits that notifies patients if there will be a significant delay. On two occasions, I waited for over an hour, the first one took almost 2 hours, and the most recent visit took over an hour.
