Doctor Mathew created a comprehensive plan to treat a difficult and ongoing condition I have had for over a year.She left me confident that it would work. She took the time and care to give me excellent care, on my first visit to her office.
Front staff friendly. Long wait for the doctor in the exam room after the nurse takes you vitals.
Dr. Bindu was fine, although we noticed that our appointments often felt rushed. The nurses were consistently polite, professional, and caring. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff was disappointing during our appointments. The young female staff seated on the left was consistently rude, sarcastic and unhelpful.
