It’s tough to recommend Ms Jane Binder. Our divorce case was complex with a long marriage, children, business and personal assets. However the pit bull approach of Ms Binder Only resulted in large invoices at big bill rates for Ms Binder. This did not result in a resolution that ether party came out feeling good about. There should have been more effort made by Binder to get result through mediation and use of common sense. Scare tactics and attorney letters don’t produce result, but a win-win approach does.
