I love Candlewic fragrances and soy wax! On my last order they accidentally sent the wrong fragrance. I spoke to the lady she was very nice and they sent the correct fragrance and let me keep the spiced cider. I will def be recommending them!
Started out good,but went down hill...last 2 orders one they sent the wrong product and most recent one hasn't shipped yet...which is going to cost me hundreds of dollars in craft fair entry fees and potential sales this weekend.....not a happy camper.......*got a nice apologetic phone call from Ellen who made things right...thank you*
