Finding Binczak’s Healthy Lifestyle and training with Austin has been a huge blessing in my life. After not training for a few years I was looking for a trainer who would be the right fit, Austin is it! His knowledge and attitude toward fitness is beyond amazing. I was looking for a place to workout and to learn how to do it correctly, because I have been plagued with injuries through the years. Austin helped me stay focused and get the most out of my gym time. His gym is clean and has everything you need to get the job done without all the added distractions. I highly recommend it!
