I was recommended to see Dr Binaya through my Dr for my hyperthyroidism and when I last went there he said he can't do nothing about it and it seems like it can just be my pregnancy even when I told him I've had problems longer then that with my throat and nothing they can do the monitor my blood work. That doesn't make sense, so I'm thinking about canceling out my appointment today if they not going to do anything for it. Great doctor. He will give you an early appointment if needed .He will treat you accordingly to your diagnosis and not just guess like some doctors. The medical assistants are nice and friendly And helpful. The office needs better or more receptionist that can take your call in a timely matter and or one who can help with your needs.
My visit to Dr Shresrha was a pleasant one. After reading several reviews I initially was worried about going to the appointment. Everyone was polite, listened, showed concern, the office and surrounding area was clean and safe. The Dr entered the room with hello. Took his time to exam the patient, asked pertinent questions , we were able to express our thoughts/ concerns and finally we went back to his office to sit down and discuss a plan of care. This Dr. is incoherent and out of touch with his patients. The staff here are horrific n rude. Never experienced such poor patient care as this. Shameless!
