My visit to Dr Shresrha was a pleasant one. After reading several reviews I initially was worried about going to the appointment. Everyone was polite, listened, showed concern, the office and surrounding area was clean and safe. The Dr entered the room with hello. Took his time to exam the patient, asked pertinent questions , we were able to express our thoughts/ concerns and finally we went back to his office to sit down and discuss a plan of care. This Dr. is incoherent and out of touch with his patients. The staff here are horrific n rude. Never experienced such poor patient care as this. Shameless!

Very bad experience.My mom had an appointment for today at 5.15 we went there early at 4 pm nobody was there at the office,then we waited until 5.30 nobody came and I called the office multiple times nobody answered my call,I checked my voicemail to make sure if anybody left a voicemail,but I didn't get any calls or voice messages.But I was keep getting the reminder appointment for today.My mom's actual appointment was for last Friday but they cancelled it because they told me the doctor was leaving early and then they resch... read more
