Treated my 3 year old at an immediate care in St John, and the lack of care, empathy and professionalism was incredible. Was very bothered and annoyed with every question or inquiry. Didn't read my daughter's chart and prescribed her something she shouldn't be taking. Once this was pointed out, her response was "but I already sent it in", again visibly annoyed that she now had to take another 43 seconds to switch out the prescription. Do better please. Rest of the staff was wonderfull!!!
