I’ve been coming here for about 8 months and was always happy when Amy worked here. Unfortunately, since she left, the quality has really gone downhill. The biggest issue is that they stopped cutting my cuticles during fills, which is something that’s always been included everywhere I’ve gone for years. Today, I politely asked if they could please make sure to cut my cuticles before doing my fill. amazing service!! love all the employees, i have been serviced by all and never seems to disappoint! i have been going to bina for 4 years and she’s still just as good!
I came in at like 6:44 PM and Bina did my nails for me and did not rush me even though I had to stay past the time they closed. My nails did not burn and she did not cut me and I am so grateful. I highly recommend this place.
