Expensive! They dropped off on time. I asked for a Friday pick-up. They picked up on the following Tuesday. They wanted a review and recommendations. Do your best to do what your customers asked you to do. It’s very frustrating when a customer pays your excessive fees, but you ignore the customer’s wishes.
