I rented a dumpster for a project that was delayed by rain so I needed to delay delivery of the dumpster. After looking at the project closer I determined I didnt require the dumpster after all and they were very understanding and made an exception to their policy to extend me a refund. Everyone there was extremely helpful and polite throughout all communication. Highly recommend this company for all your dumpster needs!!!
I highly recommend trying Bin There Dump That! We live out of town and needed to a 20yd dumpster to clean out my Mom’s property. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the cost was almost half of the competitor. We even called at 11:30am to see if they could pick up the one we had delivered and bring another one. They called to let us know they were on their way. I would say they had the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time.
Everyone was incredibly helpful, accommodating and communicative! It was a seamless process and well worth the money. They called before delivery and pickup remained professional the entire time! I would definitely recommend!
Basement flooded with recent heavy rains, damaging contents and the flooring. Filled out the online form on Saturday, received a call on Sunday to confirm size needed / set up pricing / schedule delivery. Delivered 20yd dumpster on Monday morning (earlier than promised).
