Pick up was a breeze. Biggest positive was DEFINITELY Josh. Smart, funny, extremely polite and very professional. Josh even in a very nonchalant way upsold me for future needs. Dropped off the bin when it was expected and put it exactly where I wanted it. The driver was very nice and polite. He answered all my questions about what not to put in it. Also picked it up when we were expecting him.

Called on a Monday, had a 10-yard dumpster by Tuesday noon, and picked up on Friday. The process was simple and painless, the communication was excellent, the delivery and pickup were quick and easy. Highly recommend!
