Was happy with service until I got charged for an item that was not in my dumpster. When I requested a refund, I was provided "Unfortunately, we do not look in the dumpster after tipping as it's busy in the station, so we dump and pull away. I would be willing to split the cost with you, but we can't absorb the full cost" Not a company I would recommend when it charges its customers for a mistake, does not cover the cost of the mistake nor even apologize! When I first ordered a dumpster from Bin There, I thought I would only need it for a week or two. I found out the hard way, that trying to move by yourself, can be very hard physically and mentally. Bin There worked with me continually to add more days to my reservation, allowing me to breath a bit. The rental was inexpensive and the team were very nice throughout.
From initial phone call to delivery and pick up Larissa was very informative, kind and courteous . Dumpster was put where we wanted it and driveway was well protected .
They were very good, very professional and very helpful: I highly recommend them!!!!
