Delivery was on time. Staff was pleasant.
Easy to rent, professional communication, however the measurements that they claim the dumpster are are off, so you aren't really getting as much space as you think. Also the amount of weight they allow is less than other companies by a full ton, therefore it could potentially cost you more. This company checked all the boxes for how to serve its customers. We had a basement flood! We did not discover it for a week, yuck! I called they listened with concern then helped me get a dumpster in my driveway the very next morning. Their delivery guy protected my driveway and was friendly. A simple text and the dumpster was removed. I will use this company for all my refuge needs.
No extra fees or hidden charges.
The service was great! Dumpster was clean. People were friendly. Only wish they provided times of when they were showing up for drop off and pick-up. 7am with no notice is pretty early.
