They are fast with delivery and always have great communication around pick up and drop off. We have used them consistently for 4 years and will continue to do so!
Great communication. Friendly service. Very happy with the experience.
Would recommend 100% I called them after a service failure from another company and they delivered the same day. Excellent communication and professional customer service from start to finish. They protect your driveway and the bin fits nicely in a dual car driveway with plenty of room. The dumpster was very clean and the best part was the dual doors/ walk in feature. Drop off and pick up was seamless. One price covered everything with no hidden fees.
Start off, I could.ha e made 20 trips to the dump but BTDT made it super convenient to clean out my house.and buildungs. The dumpster was clean and well represented. The setup was easy, the delivery was fast and pickup was lightning fast. Next time I need a dumpster service they will be my go to service provider. Thank you BTDT!
We recently moved and that entailed clearing out decades of accumulated 'junk' from a long-term family home. Nothing about this move was easy EXCEPT getting a dumpster delivered and picked up by Bin There Dump That. It took one phone call and a few text messages from start to finish. The service was fabulous, the price was reasonable, and it was EASY. Need a dumpster for a home clean-out or renovation project? CALL THEM!
