I had a great experience with Bin There Dump That! I rented a 10-yard dumpster and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Their team was incredibly kind, courteous, and professional. They were on time, communicated clearly, and made everything very easy. Itās rare to find such good customer service these days. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a dumpster rental!Ā
Iām very disappointed in their customer service. I had received a 7 day rental with my third dumpster as my basement flooded. Big job of damages in basement. On the last day , I had forgotten to call company to extend a few more days. The guy came and took the dumpster at 20% full with a tv sitting near to be put in but no questions just hauled it away. A 500.00 rental fee. I got home with in 24 minutes of him leaving it and they told me he was in line at the bump and he couldnāt return. Now I have to get another dumpster. W...Ā read more
