Pros: Company has good response time, and was able to drop off a container the same day. Cons: We received a reminder email stating to contact them asap if we needed to extend it at $25 a day. We contacted them back 20 minutes later via email stating to please extend. They confirmed the extension, and asked if they should charge the card on file, which we confirmed. Then later that day we received an email stating they couldn't extend per their dispatch, and they needed 48 hours notice. It really messed up our plans, and now... read more
