We paid Nate a years worth of trash bin cleaning and he only showed up a few months. After I and my partner both reached out to him numerous times to see what was going on, we requested our money back. Still have not received a reply or a refund. This guy preaches on his Facebook that we should be there for each other struggling during this pandemic and hard times and yet scams people out of money. Pretty lame. Do NOT use his services. Happened to the family that lives below us in our condos as well.
Got billed in 2020 for services they never performed. Requested a refund that I never received. Got billed again in 2021 for services that I had cancelled in 2020. Disputed it with my CC company. Called and text the number. No reply. Not a legit company.
Paid for the annual service and had about 6-8 months of cleaning. Service was great while it lasted and then all of a sudden he stopped coming. No response, no explanation, nothing. I’ve tried calling numerous times with no response. I was just charged for another service even though I had cancelled. Do not use this service or company.
