I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been frustrating enough to warrant one. I’ve made multiple attempts to cancel my service and have been unable to reach anyone. The phone number listed does not work, and there is no functional way to cancel through the website. Despite this, my account continues to be charged. I experienced poor customer service from Joe once I decided to cancel my service. I previously worked with Martin. Martin provided top notch service. Then the software platform changed and Joe was my point of contact. After exchanging a few texts with Joe, I was glad I cancelled my service. Poor commuication and he was rude. I paid for 3rd Quarter service but my trash cans were never cleaned. I inquired with Joe and he said he didn't show a credit. So much for retaining business, he clearly doesn't care about his customers.

Posting receipts to hopefully help others reconsider this business. We did not receive service for several months after requesting a pause and then cancellation. Then they continued to charge us. The communication was poor and then became hateful. Would love to support a small business but this isn’t the company for us and want to make others aware. We were customers for a year and a half before things went downhill.
