I experienced poor customer service from Joe once I decided to cancel my service. I previously worked with Martin. Martin provided top notch service. Then the software platform changed and Joe was my point of contact. After exchanging a few texts with Joe, I was glad I cancelled my service. Poor commuication and he was rude. I paid for 3rd Quarter service but my trash cans were never cleaned. I inquired with Joe and he said he didn't show a credit. So much for retaining business, he clearly doesn't care about his customers.

Posting receipts to hopefully help others reconsider this business. We did not receive service for several months after requesting a pause and then cancellation. Then they continued to charge us. The communication was poor and then became hateful. Would love to support a small business but this isn’t the company for us and want to make others aware. We were customers for a year and a half before things went downhill.

They came twice in the nine months that I paid for services, and that is saying a lot. Then, this is the thanks I get.

My wife signed up for this service online. They took our credit card info. Never showed up to clean the bins one time and are now sending out credit card renewal notifications . Also does not answer the phone or return our calls. Something is not right. They have 4.8 star review but do not respond. Strange.
