My wife signed up for this service online. They took our credit card info. Never showed up to clean the bins one time and are now sending out credit card renewal notifications . Also does not answer the phone or return our calls. Something is not right. They have 4.8 star review but do not respond. Strange.
RUN AWAY!!!! As with other reviews, they keep your credit card on file, charge you for services not provided, and then are combative over $30 . You can never get a hold of anyone over the phone, all communication is over text . Whoever this was over text , became very threatening!!! Read it for yourself!!! RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY!
Great at what they did and loved when they would send pictures of the before/afters. Although they take your credit card number and you have no way of manually cancelling your subscription. I have been going on three months of calls, texts and now resorting to disputing the charges because they will not stop charging me.
Bin-Go Trash Bin Cleaning has been a game changer for us. My trash cans were pretty nasty—maggots, flies, the whole mess. I tried cleaning them myself, but they never got truly clean.
