I hate to give small businesses bad reviews, but I had a frustrating experience with this company. On their website it clearly states that they do not operate November through March but nowhere on the website. Does it say that you will still be charged. I emailed them about it and they said I was charged and it would be credited to my account. Not to mention the fact that when I emailed them the first time it took almost 2 weeks to get a response.
