I’ll give them 2 stars because I feel the quality of the work and cost is very reasonable. The customer service quality is ABYSMAL. It’s so bad that what would be 5 stars is barely 2. If you don’t mind dealing with management staff that have literally no concept of what it means to be courteous then this is the company for you. I love this service, I was surprised on how efficient their service is. The same morning my trash was picked up within 2 hours I came home and found my recycle and trash cans up by the garage door and looking brand new. I tried cleaning myself, but I will never get them as clean as Bin Buster’s accomplished.
I received excellent service. My trash can was thoroughly cleaned like brand new.
