I would give a 0 if possible. Over the past 1.5 years their service has been terrible. Numerous times they have been a no show, no call. There have been many billing errors all in their favor. Currently disputing the last charge from them for not sowing up on the scheduled day of service.
Something happened with this business in late March 2026. We have been a regular scheduled customer for monthly cleaning. They never showed up on the scheduled date in March. Tried to call the office numerous times over the past 3 weeks and no one answers. I sent emails and I got a series of text messages over 2 weeks that identified a cleaning date. Booked Bin Busters for a 10-day dumpster rental for my kitchen demo. Day 3 I come home and it’s gone — half full. No call, no text. Demo crew shows up next morning with nowhere to put debris. Office said “driver had space issues, we thought you were done.” Then charged full 10-day price. Bin Busters makes their schedule your problem.
Bin Busters delivered a 20-yard roll-off and set it right on my marked sprinkler head. Driver shrugged — “didn’t see it.” By morning half my front yard was a swamp and my water bill hit $300. Called them to cover repairs. They said “underground utilities aren’t our liability.” $425 rental turned into $1,100 in landscaping + plumbing. Bin Busters busted more than bins.
