BMW knowledge without dealership pricing. These people know their stuff. Great customer service too. Others were giving me a run around for my transmission job. They went straight to the point and provided estimates and deliverables.
They know their stuff, don’t charge rediculous numbers and are genuine I know that when I go there I can trust who is working on my car. Preston and Steve are both great guys who know a lot.
Fantastic experience and friendly and knowledgeable staff every step of the way. Definitely will be coming back for all service needs, much better experience than a dealership!
My daughter had just moved to Philadelphia and unfortunately got into a minor accident. We found this place online and from the moment we got there, Steve, got on the issues right away. He also helped my young daughter navigate her rides back on forth to drop and pick up the car.
