Took my car in for an oil change and took way longer than it should have, just under 2.5h Later that night the owner Freddy texted me to apologize for the wait and offered to refund the whole thing and give me the next oil change on them. I was greatly appreciative him taking the time to make things right and for even noticing this had happened. People are human and things happen. But not everyone is so quick to make things right. I got my oil changed and brakes done it was less expensive than the dealership and was done quickly. They used very good rotors, pads and oil. I was in and out quickly, they offered to help me get my car tuned and install performance parts for a great deal. Definitely will be using them again, the technicians are very nice.
My 535i broke on my way to Plano from the Houston area and was towed from Corsicana to Plano. The next day I contacted a couple of highly rated BMW repair facilities in the area and Bimmers Only was the only one who responded. Freddy was friendly, courteous and very understanding of my circumstances, so off the car went.
