Brought BMW for leaking radiator tank. They told me I should replace 5 hoses and the tank for $1600!!!! Only the tank was leaking so I said I'd just like the tank replaced and the owner told me "No" It was $1600 or nothing. I took it to another shop nearby and they're replacing the tank with BMW Parts for under $500 including labor parts taxes! They didn't lie...they just counted on us being suckers and agreeing to pay a ridiculous amount for work that didn't need to be done!
Took my vehicle in for an oil change, picked up my vehicle and on my way home my Vehicle Lost all the oil and my oil bolt was missing. Horrible experience
Bimmers and Benz have been servicing my two different BMWs for the last 18 years, great exceptional service and Val is a great mechanic.
I have been very satisfied with the quality of the service, fast turnaround and honesty of this husband and wife team. I have taken my Mercedes and my BMW to Bimmer, and the quality of the work is first-rate. Rob Wagner
