My experience with James was beyond disappointing; it was outright appalling. After entrusting him with my vehicle for a seemingly straightforward headlight replacement, I was shocked to discover the extent of mishandling and negligence that followed. I am very pleased with the service I received from this shop. James was very attentive and did a excellent job on my brakes and coolant I will be returning.
