Fantastic service, very helpful, quick and efficient. Had my car towed in, quickly evaluated for a new fuel pump and repaired to the highest standard. Truly amazing shop, having my BMW repaired there was a great experience. Thank you!
Excellent BMW Service Center! Amr, the owner of the business is involved in all aspects of the work done on your vehicle. Extremely knowledgeable about BMW's. The services performed are high quality without the expense of going to a dealer. I highly recommend Bimmer Works.
TLDR: Great place to get ripped off and get mediocre service at best. Maybe this was a good shop years ago... but here we are 2400+ bucks and 9 months later... brakes are making more noise than ever... ridiculous. Sub-par shop, wish the attitude matched the actual level of service. Came here in July 2025, had just purchased a pre-owned 2024 X3 30i and rather than bring my business to a dealer, I thought I could find a good local shop that I could support for future needs. Horrible mechanic, you will have to bring your car back to him 2-3 times for him to get the job fixed almost whole. Also his prices are insane and he will argue with you over the smallest thing.
