Called to discuss possibly having my bumper fitment adjusted, instead I was met with a really rude person Amr? Something along those lines and he was very rude and judgmental. All i asked was if they could adjust the fitment and he went on a tangent about doing things correctly and that I should of brought it to them first and that I lacked knowledge of how insurance body work goes. Just a horrible customer service experience especially for my first time calling hoping I would be in great hands
AMR and the folks at Bimmer Werks are top notch. They quickly identified the issue explained the proposed solution and possible scenarios and quickly repaired and got my vehicle back on the road. I definitely appreciate their thoughtfulness throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend!!!

Had a great visit to BimmerWerks yesterday when they hosted a BMW DIY takeover. Many thanks to Amr, Mac, and, especially, Diego, for their courtesy and skilled attention. I attended yesterday for some preventative maintenance and everything went super smoothly. They have a clean, well run, and well equipped facility that looks to be able to handle anything you'd need done. And be sure and check out Amr's artwork in the office. Gorgeous and original. Highly recommend.
Amur was always very rude to me. Sometimes he’d yell at me for not knowing how cars work. I’d tell him I’m not a mechanic hires an I supposed to know, just fix my car. He was very arrogant and condescending. He’s a good mechanic I guess, but I got tired of taking his abuse and condescending tone. I stopped taking my car there and found a better shop with more customer service.
