It’s really expensive. I’m tell you to check other places first and then come here. I had my car repaired here, but it wasn’t fixed properly. I’m just saying, it’s very costly. If your insurance doesn’t cover it, don’t come here.
TLDR: Great place to get ripped off and get mediocre service at best. Maybe this was a good shop years ago... but here we are 2400+ bucks and 9 months later... brakes are making more noise than ever... ridiculous. TLDR: Very rude and unprofessional. Expects you to pay before inspecting the work or else gets offended. Had these guys diagnose a noise I was hearing while at high speeds, and it turns out that it was due to improper installation of a midpipe by another shop. Not sure of the name of the person I dealt with, but seemed to be one of the older techs if not the owner himself. Called about replacing rod bearings and the guy on the phone Amr told me I didn't know anything about cars. Clearly this guy doesn't know customer service and has a power trip when someone knows more about BMW than he does. Go anywhere else there's like a thousand stores within 50 ft than this guy.
