I have had my vehicle serviced here several times and each time has been great!
I spoke to the guy on the Phone and he was completely rude and unprofessional for no reason at all. All I asked was to get a quote and he got upset with me because I mentioned they hadn’t sent it before when I called a couple days ago. I wasn’t upset but for some reason he became volatile and spoke to me in a completely unprofessional way.
I tried to speak to a man who worked there on the phone about getting a quote for the work our car needs done. The man immediately became hostile and was rude when all I said was that I had reached out before but never heard back. I was not upset nor was my tone rude but he immediately became hostile and spoke to me unkindly and unprofessionally.
Fantastic service, very helpful, quick and efficient. Had my car towed in, quickly evaluated for a new fuel pump and repaired to the highest standard. Truly amazing shop, having my BMW repaired there was a great experience. Thank you!
Excellent BMW Service Center! Amr, the owner of the business is involved in all aspects of the work done on your vehicle. Extremely knowledgeable about BMW's. The services performed are high quality without the expense of going to a dealer. I highly recommend Bimmer Works.
