Chris and the entire Team made the process seamless. Great service and an upbeat Team that deliver results. I highly recommend them.
Great customer service but there appears to be a lack of attention to detail and thoroughness in their work. I got my bumper done but once I got it back my back trunk door button to close it didn’t want to work so I had to go back in so they could fix that part. I also noticed that when changing modes to the comfort mode my screen goes blank and told the owner about it and he said he was going to do his “research” and get back to me but never did. John, & Chris and team are amazing!! Had our car at the local BMW dealership for an issue. They created more issues. We stopped in and John took our car in, and put it on the computer. He was able to find the problem and fixed all issues. They will be our go to shop now for all issues, and maintenance for my X-5.
Sonny & Chris helped figure out why my E53 was overheating didnt charge me an arm and a leg to get it done either solid shop definitely using them from now on highly recommended for your BMW needs 👍
