I’m always happy taking my Mini here. They’re super nice, super professional. It’s cheaper than the dealership by $100-$200 maybe, but the service is better. I don’t feel like they try to upsale me on maintenance or fixes I don’t need, however they do offer to quote me on repairs from the results of their inspection so I can fix things as I can afford them. I wouldn’t take it anywhere else.
Just moved to South Lake and was looking for a indy shop like I had back in Denver. These guys unlocked my DME quickly and at a fair price. Good vibes all around over there, I’ll be back.
John and Chris at Bimmer Experts are super knowledgeable and did a great job. They repaired my 2010 BMW X5 35d and were able to figure out the coolant leak I was having while also making sure I wouldn’t have reliability issues down the road. They know BMWs and their diesel variants which is worth its weight in gold. I would highly recommend using this shop if you are in the Reno area and want someone to repair your vehicle the right way for a reasonable cost. Truly appreciate their help.
