Cindy from Bimini Bay was very helpful in getting my tsunami trophy II rod replaced after the tip snapped after surfcasting! I went and got another rod as well (tsunami airwave) and they both function so heavenly. Would definitely buy from them again.
I was told my maxel hybrid would be replaced because the handle broke off while seabassing. After numerous unreturned messages to Cindy. I finally emailed the rep. Turns out Cindy’s a liar 🤥 I should be receiving my “repaired reel in the next few days. Anybody wanna buy a garbage reel for cheap??
Broke the tip of my Air Wave Elite 1102M Surf Rod! Called Bimini and Cindy ! went into the warehouse and found one for me that came back from a dealer exhibit. Only charge was for shipping. Now I'm sold on Tsunami products and looking into a 9ft. rod ! TY Bimini and Cindy! Bill P

Sent my tsunami reels for service 7day turn around, all seems ok , bails function properly, grinding on retrieve is gone 👍🙂🙏 too cold to toss a few looking forward to warming temps and test run , ... service was NO CHARGE 🤗🤗 thanks very much BIMINI 👍👍👍
