Excellent peanut curry
Take out only. Food is good for rural Thai.
I tried the Curry Fried rice with Chicken at the Hastings location a couple months back and now at Bimi's express in Red Wing. I was very disappointed both times. In Hastings the rice was dry and the dish was tasteless. At the express in Red Wing I got medium spice and it is pretty hot. The rice is so-so this time but the eggs and chicken are super dry And tough. Day old? Microwaved? Not sure I'll bother going back.
Very flavorful, high quality food. Will stop again
Finally, excellent Thai in Red Wing! The red chicken curry was delicious. I like spicy food, and the 'medium' was just right (about the same as Subway jalapenos); enough for that warm glow and flavor but not hot enough to make it seem like a challenge. I'm looking forward to exploring more of their menu soon.
