Really disappointed with the service. The wait staff made a point to bring us the same meat back allegedly "the same". Not worth my time to discuss so of course just accepted it as it was but I would not bother returning nor recommend to others. Other establishments make sure to take care to listen to their customers, and those that do deserve repeat patronage. The offensive reply to this review shows that clearly ensuring customer satisfaction if obviously not the priority.
The place always smelled go so we finally stopped in. The waiter made us feel like we didnt belong there. The womans bathroom was dirty. One toliet wasn't flushed. The other stall was out of toilet paper (I had to change the roll) and the light was out. Then the food. The water was nasty. Definitely not filtered water. I couldn't drink it. My alfredo pasta was more on the watery side than creamy. I asked for chicken. I was expecting breaded chicken pieces or even grilled....NOPE! Was a busy Friday around 6pm. The place was packed with a 15-20 minute wait. We decided to sit at the bar and was greeted quickly and had a glass of wine in no time. We chose a few appetizers to share, they were amazing!! We ordered the Burrata, The meatballs and fried calamari. Amazing!!! Service was flawless! Will be back for sure. Next time gonna sit on their back patio.
