I'll just come right out and say it, I LOVE THIS PLACE! First, making a reservation is painless. The front end staff are courteous, polite and classy and am always met with a friendly greeting at the door. Alexis is an outstanding bartender and a gifted mixologist. The food was delicious. Our server was a very nice man. My three star is based on who I can only believe is the manager. She was an older woman and I honestly don't think I've met somebody so rude working customer service. We were a large party at one point She was trying to take chairs and move out our tables.... Post appetizer prefood.... Then decided she wasn't going to. Made a comment about a dirty glass, she was bussing ....don't buss If you don't want to touch pasta. Excellent service and food
I've had great experiences in the past but was very disappointed after my last visit. Small part of 6 and 3 of us were served and finished eating before the other 3 in the part ever received their dinners. Grilled calamari was over cooked and was like chewing on rubber. Adding insult to injury, after telling the waiter twice that my daughters allergic to gluten she was served her dish with non-gluten free pasta?!?! What's going on Bimbos?
