A Seattle native told us to go to Bainbridge and that Pegasus coffee was amazing! We saw the sign that it was with this bistro in the art museum. The barista was kind of rude. We got a matcha and a latte and they both tasted like water… come to find out there is a different coffee shop called Pegasus down the road… very misleading..
Very good coffee and iced tea.
Limited menu, however excellent food.
Good food to eat, the lemon chicken Caesar salad was good too. The service is good too.
Stephanie and her lovely staff serve delicious bistro fare with the kind of love, attention, and grace that matches the beauty of the museum and its art. My go-to for baked polenta, latte art, and meetings that feel special.
