We highly recommend Biltmore Hearth & Home. They help us chose the woodburning insert that would fit our needs. The order arrived quickly. They scheduled the installation soon after. The installers were professional, knowledgeable and made sure everything looked perfect. They cleaned the area before they left. Would couldn't be more satisfied.
Very very grateful that we went to Biltmore Hearth & Home to buy a new gas stove fireplace when we were told our current one was "dead" by our propane supplier. Mainly, because BHH advised us not to buy one and simply repair the one we had, saving us thousands of dollars. Where as other companies would have just chased the sale, the team there were confident they could fix the stove we had, and when Jason and Daniel came out to take a look, they had it up and running in minutes. The technicians that came to service my gas fireplace showed me what needed to be replaced, cleaned everything, changed batteries, everything! They are even trying to find a chain curtain for it. I think they are going to have to make one. They were wonderful, very professional and went above and beyond my expectations I highly recommend them!
Very pleased with the service from this company. We bought a home with 2 different type of fireplaces and the techs were knowledgeable about them both, fixed and cleaned them so they are working like new. We had to change scheduling and Diana was so easy to work with. Honest, on time and knew their stuff! Highly recommend!
