Very pleased with the service from this company. We bought a home with 2 different type of fireplaces and the techs were knowledgeable about them both, fixed and cleaned them so they are working like new. We had to change scheduling and Diana was so easy to work with. Honest, on time and knew their stuff! Highly recommend!

Acute attention to detail for the installation
This past week I had the pleasure of having Biltmore Hearth and Home come and clean and rework our gas fireplace. Their crew of Daniel and Josh were extremely competent and friendly and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend them and encourage you to consider them for your fireplace needs. You will be well served by their office staff too…professional and very efficient. All in all a most positive experience.
Needed a new gas log set. Went to Biltmore Hearth and Fire on recommendations from friends Had several good choices and price points. Got good service and my order time was short.
