I needed service on a ventless gas fireplace, and also a vendor who sold fireplace inserts. I contacted Biltmore Hearth and Home, and I was very happy with their quick response and recommendations. The part was ordered, installed, and my fireplace is working beautifully. The service from technicians was excellent. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very tidy.

I tried to get help with a problem I was having with a fireplace that was bought and installed by Biltmore Hearth & Home. The guy I spoke with was dismissive and borderline insulting. Wouldn't answer my questions, said I was wrong, and then just ghosted me. Apparently, customer service is not part of their service.

We went to the showroom, very disappointed on the service. Salesperson said this is what we have and directed us to an open flame gas fireplace with no doors, didnt offer us a blower. Then when they came to install the technician told us that the gas output was not in the range. After having the plumber come back out,having to pay extra for that, they said the tech was looking at natural gas not propane. After seeing what other clients received wish they would have treated us better

This was the first time using this business. I was amazed at how guick I got service from them. The tech was very knowledgeable and came on time. I have propane gas logs that wouldn't light. We were about to experience a major storm. I would highly recommend them for my future needs as well as family and friends.

So happy with my new gas logs from Biltmore Hearth & Home Inc! The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable, and the installer did a fantastic job. He explained everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. Great experience from start to finish!
