I have been very pleased with Dr. Diznoff and this practice. She has done a great job dealing with my complex medical issues and treated me as person throughout the process. She has been very proactive and supportive and helped me make the best of a difficult situation.

I was a patient of this practice for three years when I called to schedule my husband for a physical. Because my husband hadn't been seen at this practice before, they considered him a "new" patient -- even though this is supposed to be a FAMILY practice. I was told they're not accepting new patients, but that they would check. Two weeks later they phoned to tell me that they would not take my husband.

As of Feb. 3, 2011, they are not accepting new patients. But then they asked what insurance I had, I told them I have Blue Cross, and they said again, "We are not accepting new patients." Maybe with better insurance I would have been accepted??

My Dr. had a list of medicines that I was allergic to. She had them administer one of them to me anyway. Two days later I collapsed 3 times. I called the office the next day and they never returned my call. I called the next day and the Dr. yelled at me. She told me I had had too many tests already to get my heart checked. Then she decided to give me a heart monitor but told me when 12 days later I requested a rib xray that I was upsetting her staff. They want 57.00$ for my records.
