1sr they cancelled my Pharmacologic Scan for two Aorta Aneurisms- reason,/ Dr Quit. So, I called, no answer or return messages for two days. I then visited local office, told me I had to go to Phoenix, and to call to schedule. Guess what- no answer for 3 days, no return call after message left. I think they are just waiting for me to expire

These people saved my wife’s life. These people are well trained professionals. They make our local clinic look like a bunch of idiots.

Unfortunately, this review cannot go much further than the front office (Payson), as the front office person was EXTREMELY rude to my 21 year old daughter, who was just trying to get the paperwork for new patients (as was recommended by her doctor). There is a way to talk to people, and this was not it. We will be looking elsewhere.

Well, I'll add my negative review to the others recorded in this forum. I have been using Biltmore Cardiology - Camelback in Phoenix for the last year...extremely professional service. I have since discovered they have a local office in Payson, AZ where I live. Today I called and spoke with "Amber" to ask some questions about transferring care to their office.
