I have never felt so welcomed in a place before from the moment I walked in I was greeted and through out the whole appointment every single worker there was kind and attentive! Found my wedding dress and could not be more happy!!
Came in for a normal wedding guest dress and Marylin made amazing recommendations and really honest in what looked good and what looked better.
When I went to Best Bride to look at wedding dress for my wedding next summer, they were so welcoming. I felt pampered, and no one seemed upset that I wasn't ready to make a purchase yet. Even team members who weren't working with me directly would tell me I looked beautiful. Maria was my assistant, and she went above and beyond to learn my tastes and find dresses I might like and help me get into them. We had the best experience at best bride prom and tux!! The staff was very welcoming and super friendly! Katrina made my daughter feel so comfortable when choosing the perfect wedding dress. Highly recommend this store for all your special occasion needs.
Found my dream dress here after the ladies in the shop telling me I would leave with something “completely opposite” of what I was looking for. First red flag. I try the dress on, unfortunately the one on the rack was too small so I decided to order it. I had the owner ( Denise) and the seamstress both with me and they took my measurements and agreed on a size that would fit me (they do this for a living and SHOULD know more than me, who was I to argue with their “expertise”).
