Stopped by recently and had a great experience with the office staff! Everyone was friendly, answered all my questions, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. The property was really nice and well kept too.
Nice place at a good price. Update: I lived here for a year. The people that actually work at the property are good to work with. Just like others have posted, billing is not very good. In retrospect, it might have been enough to not live there, but, oh well.
If you don't mind having your garage broken into. My garage was broken into twice within a year. Management did nothing and didn't warn the other residents. My neighbor across from me was robbed and the neighbor upstairs had his garage broken into and had over $20,000 in car parts, tools, stolen. Management did nothing. Pedestrian gates don't lock and the entry gates are broken and always open. No security. Its ridiculous.
