BILT and it's owner Tim Reed did a complete gut and renovation of the ground level of our lakefront home in McHenry Md. Bilt Construction is amazing. I needed roof repair, a new deck and interior painting. I was amazed at their attention to detail and dedication to quality work. On top of that that were very efficient got in and got out to get the work done fast. These are my guys for any work I need in the future.
We had an excellent experience working with Bilt Construction on a major renovation at our second home. Because we are only part-time residents and were not present during the construction, clear communication and trust were especially important to us - and they delivered.
