We had Nathan Colgan and his crew here to do some office renovations for us. The work was completed in a timely manner with little disruption to our office. He did everything he said he was going to do. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you for everything Nate:)

I would not recommend this company. We hired BILT to renovate our massage clinic. The finish was poor quality and they had to come in several times after we opened the clinic to fix the work. They were also not transparent with some of the charges. Among a few, they charged us $1142.86 for cleaning a dryer vent- a job that took the gentleman 8 minutes to do with a hand vacuum. When we questioned some of the charges we were invoiced for, we received an unprofessional email at 2 am trying to intimidate us with legal action.

Bilt was able to take my project from concept to completion and I’m happy with the result. The challenges that occur in any major project were handled by Bilt with honesty and openness and their customer service was respectful and appreciated. I chose Bilt over a number of other outfits because they have the size, scale and experience to handle the job. As a full service general construction contractor, they were the right fellas for my job.

We bought a new built home last year from Bilt by Jaffer and moved in March 22, 2021. We have had nothing but constant warranty issued since we have moved in, and very few have been resolved. We have not even had our year end walk through, and they are constantly giving excuses to try and make you think the problems are "normal". I am not impressed with the lack of quality, poor communication and poor response time to have these issues address. Would not ever recommend buying a home from these builders! Buyer beware.
